A Class C Motorhome may be just what you need if you are thinking for a family getaway on wheels? This is a unit that is very livable with many conveniences of home but considerably smaller and cheaper than the Class A Motorhome. What is a Class C Motorhome?

The Class C Motorhome is recognized throughout the motor home industry for its unique cab-over bunk. In simple terms there is a sleeping quarters over the cab which can be used as a bedroom. Most mini motorhomes will also have another sleeping quarters in the back area. Like the Class A motorhome it will come equipped with many home conveniences like a refrigerator or ice box, heating or air conditioning, cooking area, toilet, a portable water system, a separate 100 to 125 volt electrical systems, LP gas supply, and of course sleeping facilities. Hard to believe but all of these can be fitted into a Class C Motorhome.

Slide Outs Another notable feature found in both the Class A and Class C Motorhome. In the Class C Motorhome, the slide outs can be moved and adjusted at a touch of the button, which is also true with the Class A motorhome. Since the RVs exterior wall can be moved outward at a push of a button, its no wonder that you will obtain extra space that you can utilize as a sleeping area or a living room. It is worth noting that a slide out will add additional width when deployed in a Class C Motorhome.

Perfect for Towing This feature basically makes a Class C Motorhome a good choice if you need to tow a boat or other type of trailer, maybe even a Popup Camper Trailer for addition visitors.

When in all is said and done you will discover that a Class C Motorhome provides most of the conveniences and comforts that its counterparts are capable of giving but in a compact manner. The thing that makes the Class C Motorhome different from the others is that it is built by taking the chassis of a van and constructing a travel trailer body onto it.
